Vietnamese Conversions
This utility allows you to quickly convert between Vietnamese text formats. For the most cases, it converts old Vietnamese legacy formats such as Vietnet, VPS, VNI into unicode. However, there is also an option to remove all Vietnamese signs from a unicode text (turn it into regular ASCII). Simply copy and paste the Vietnamese text into this textbox (even though the legacy format looks like gibberish without their right font), choose the conversion and hit Convert. Please report any bugs to me. I am also making this available as a .NET XML web service.
